Merchandise :

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We do our best to properly identify items and our descriptions are believed to be correct, but are not guaranteed. All items are sold "as-is, where is."  We will answer questions concerning condition, color, size, or age of a lot, but these are simply opinions and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee. If you have doubt about an item, then don’t bid. We do not give refunds and there are no chargebacks.

Bidding:

Your bid is a contract to purchase that item and your bid is binding. No bid can be retracted. Online auctions use bid notifications, staggered closing, and auto-extend bidding. This allows items to close at a pre-determined rate of 5 items per minute. With auto-extend bidding, the closing time of individual lots will be extended when a bid is placed in the last 1 minute of the auction. This allows you a chance to place a final bid on an item you may have otherwise missed. The auctioneer is the final authroity on any bidding dispute.

Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen or close an auction when an unforeseen interruption to the auction occurs.

We ship some items inhouse, and shipping may take up to 3 weeks, depending on the size of the auction.
