Walnut Hill Auctions is honored to represent this amazing couple as they downsize and prepare to move out of state. The home is located within Kingsmill on the James, a gated community in Williamsburg, VA. Because of this, there will be no preview - we've taken great photos and described well;' if you need additional information, please reach out and we'll do our best to answer any questions. You MUST sign up for a pickup time - the guest list has to be supplied to security prior to the pickup day to receive a pass. There are no other pickup arrangements possible, so please register for pickup and come at your appropriate time. If you do not attend during your pickup time, items will be considered abandoned and become the property of Walnut Hill Auctions, LLC.   Parking is a bit difficult here, so please bring help for furniture and let's work together to keep pickup running smooth.  See LOT 0 for full pickup info.
