Call Carolyn at 757-846-8620 to schedule.  Pickup: Thursday, 11/13/2025 11 am - 6 pm in Mathews, VA.  Invoice Payment: invoices will include the hammer price, a 15% buyer’s premium, and 5.3% tax. Cards used for registration will be charged immediately at the conclusion of the sale to pay your invoice. If you prefer to pay cash, let us know ahead of closing so we know not to run your card. If cards need to be run more than twice to collect payment, a $5 fee will be added to the invoice for each additional attempt over 2. Invoices $1,000 or more will need to be paid via wire transfer or cash, unless you are known and approved by the Auctioneer. Wire transfers will have a $10 bank fee added.
